Thomas Park Holdings has launched J. Thomas Property Services, a dedicated service platform focused on repairs, small project construction, and tenant-ready improvements across commercial real estate assets. 

The business builds on work long executed across the Thomas Park platform, particularly through TPC Contracting and Thomas Park Management, where recurring gaps at the property level have become clear. That experience has driven strong internal performance while revealing clear demand in the broader market for a more structured, reliable approach.

Day-to-day work like repairs, tenant improvements, and smaller scope projects is often fragmented across multiple vendors, slowing execution and limiting accountability. Much of this work takes place within active, occupied environments, where coordination and responsiveness directly shape tenant experience. J. Thomas Property Services is designed to address these needs directly. Thomas Park Holdings has appointed John Ginnever as President of J. Thomas Property Services, reflecting his leadership across engineering and building operations and his role in driving performance at the property level. Ginnever joined Thomas Park Holdings following the acquisition of Loughlin Management and has since overseen building systems, vendor management, and execution across both investment assets and third-party portfolios, bringing a disciplined, hands-on approach to operational standards and service delivery.

Supporting the platform, Curtis McLain serves as Director of Operations, reflecting his continued growth within the organization and his experience managing project coordination and field execution across the Thomas Park platform. His work has focused on delivering tenant improvements, repairs, and small project construction efficiently within active environments, ensuring consistency and follow-through across each project.

Together, Ginnever and McClain lead a team focused on execution at the property level: bringing structure, accountability, and responsiveness to work that is essential to asset performance. Looking ahead, J.
