910 Frederick Road, Catonsville, Maryland
This 33,000 SF, three-story medical office building in Catonsville was developed as a purpose-built facility for Orthopedic Associates of Central Maryland. The $6.4 million project includes 18 exam rooms, an expanded physical therapy center, digital X-ray, MRI and dedicated treatment and procedure spaces. Designed to bring a comprehensive range of orthopedic services under one roof, the development created a modern healthcare destination tailored to both patient experience and long-term clinical operations.
A2 Apartments, 1430 Lawrence Street, Baltimore, Maryland
A2 is across the street from the high-end Anthem House, the comprehensive redevelopment of a former GE site by the same team. This five-story building activates the site of a former restaurant and parking lot. The building engages and improves the walkability of Lawrence Street and weaves together the pedestrian experience between Federal Hill and the Locust Point waterfront. The 52 “affordable by design” apartments offer compact, comfortable homes over a neighborhood juice shop and café in the popular neighborhood.
Anthem House, 900 E Fort Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland

The project features a drive-thru, outdoor seating and convenient access along Ridgely Avenue. Located in the heart of West Annapolis, the redevelopment created a highly visible neighborhood destination while adding long-term value to the property
Chessies Wharf, 609 Melvin Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland
This newly redeveloped 2,500 SF property in West Annapolis now houses Chessie’s Wharf, a restaurant and taproom in collaboration with RAR Brewing. The space features a nautical-themed interior and a functional layout designed to attract both local residents and visitors. 706 Giddings Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland
The premiere office building in Annapolis MRE purchased an existing Class C office building and the adjacent parcel. Through a lot consolidation and redesign, the existing 13,000 SF building was brought down to the structural steel and redesigned and built into a 22,000 SF Class A office property. MRE located their corporate headquarters in the new fourth floor of the building. The second floor is leased to two law firms with the third floor available to lease.
107 Forbes Street, Annapolis, Maryland
This newly developed 4,000 SF office property transformed an existing commercial site along Rowe Boulevard into a modern two-story building. Located at a prominent gateway into Annapolis and West Annapolis, the project features contemporary architecture, expansive windows, and a distinctive cantilevered upper level.
