John Ginnever joined the Thomas Park team in 2022, bringing with him more than 25 years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over the course of his career, he has held a diverse range of leadership and technical roles spanning engineering, operations, and executive management, including Senior Vice President for Thomas Park Management, Director of Engineering for The Loughlin Management Group, Executive Vice President for RWN Development and Chief Engineer for CBRE.

In 2026, John was named President of J. Thomas Property Services, a natural extension of the work he has led across the Thomas Park platform. In this capacity, he is responsible for guiding the strategic direction, growth, and day-to-day operations of the company as it expands its presence across the DMV region. With his deep industry knowledge and proven leadership track record, John is well-positioned to build J. Thomas Property Services into a premier provider in the market.
