John brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to his role overseeing the Building Services Department and working alongside Amy Natoli in the overall operations of Thomas Park Management. John joined Thomas Park in 2022 with the firm's acquisition of The Loughlin Management Group.

He began his commercial real estate career in Baltimore as a Building Engineer with Boxer Property Management in 2001 and was named Chief Engineer in 2003. In 2005, he served as Executive Vice President for RWN Development Group, after its acquisition of the Boxer Property Portfolio in 2004. While at RWN, John oversaw the day-to-day management of the portfolio while working with the developer on assessing the highest and best use for each asset and advancing development plans for the sites.

John went on to join The Loughlin Management Group as Director of Engineering in 2010, where over 12 years he helped grow the portfolio from 100 to 165 properties while implementing new processes and platforms that drove efficiency throughout the company's expansion.

John holds a degree in Applied Sciences with a focus on building mechanical systems.
