Thomas Park Investments Signs 11,300 SF Lease with Soar Autism Center
Thomas Park Investments, in partnership with Tide Realty Capital, has signed an 11,300-square-foot lease with Soar Autism Center at 4000 Old Court Road, a 42,311-square-foot medical office building in Pikesville, Maryland. The lease brings occupancy at the property to 91%, up from approximately 67% when Thomas Park acquired the building four months ago.
Thomas Park acquired 4000 Old Court Road in May 2026 as a value-add medical office investment. Since acquisition, the team has focused on increasing occupancy and advancing plans for improvements to the property. Planned capital improvements include renovations to the interior common areas, updates to the exterior facade, signage and landscaping.
Soar Autism Center will occupy 11,300 square feet at the property and plans to open in Q1 2027. Soar Autism Center provides comprehensive autism care for young children through an integrated model that includes behavioral, speech and occupational therapies alongside psychological and developmental pediatric medical services.

Located directly off the Baltimore Beltway near Reisterstown Road, 4000 Old Court Road is situated within an established outpatient healthcare corridor serving Pikesville and the greater Baltimore market.
