Thomas Park Commercial Represents Maryland Federation of Art in Downtown Annapolis Expansion

Annapolis, Maryland – The Maryland Federation of Art (MFA) has opened a new gallery at 76 Maryland Avenue in downtown Annapolis. Mason Popham of Thomas Park Commercial represented MFA in securing the location, while Brooke McAdam and John Rosso of Rosso Commercial represented the landlord.
Founded in 1968, MFA is a nonprofit visual arts organization that provides professional exhibition opportunities for local, national, and international artists. As the organization grew beyond its longtime Circle Gallery on State Circle, MFA sought additional space to support its expanding exhibitions and programming.
The search led to 76 Maryland Avenue, a two-story space offering additional room and greater storefront visibility. MFA opened its new Avenue Gallery in August, expanding its capacity for exhibitions, workshops, and programming while contributing to the growing arts presence around Maryland Avenue and State Circle.
Congratulations to the Maryland Federation of Art on the opening of Avenue Gallery and its continued growth in Annapolis.
