J. Thomas Property Services Recently Completed Tenant Build-Out & Interior Renovation
J. Thomas Property Services completed the renovation and reconfiguration of an approximately 3,000-square-foot commercial space at 201 Gateway Drive in Bel Air, Maryland. The existing space was divided into two independent tenant suites, requiring interior modifications to create functional separation and prepare each space for occupancy.
The project included a full build-out for a new tenant, along with landlord improvements to the adjacent vacant suite to position it for future leasing. Work included interior framing, drywall, doors and finishes, as well as modifications needed to support the new suite layouts. The completed project delivered a finished space tailored to the incoming tenant while creating a clean, flexible adjacent suite ready for its next occupant.
