Tim brings over 30 years of commercial real estate expertise in the Mid-Atlantic region to Thomas Park. As President of Thomas Park Commercial, he will focus on continuing to grow the brokerage division, strengthening infrastructure, improving processes, and developing client relationships.
Tim has a strong track record of building teams and collaborating across multiple divisions within an organization, and he will bring that same energy to Thomas Park. Prior to joining the firm, he had the opportunity to work with some of the commercial real estate industry’s most prestigious publicly traded companies, including Trammell Crow, First Potomac Realty Trust, and CBRE.
Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Roanoke College. He is a past president of DC | MD NAIOP and serves on the Emeritus Board of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as boating, golfing, skiing, and traveling.
