Joe joined Thomas Park in Spring 2024, where he focuses on the firm's acquisition activities.

Prior to Thomas Park, Joe was an Investment Sales Analyst at CBRE, executing over $175 million in commercial real estate transactions. Earlier, he was part of Newmark's Valuation & Advisory group, underwriting and appraising assets totaling more than $2.4 billion in value. He began his career at Integra Realty Resources as a commercial real estate appraiser.

Joe holds a B.S. from the University of Georgia.
