With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Dennis supports Thomas Park's capabilities in healthcare real estate and reinforces its commitment to serving medical landlords, tenants, and investors throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Dennis focuses on expanding healthcare-oriented leasing and advisory services, supporting both owners and occupiers navigating transactions and strategic real estate decisions. His insight into the unique operational and regulatory considerations of medical real estate will be a key resource for clients seeking experienced, market-savvy representation.

Dennis began his real estate career as an attorney for a national retail holding company where he oversaw new store lease transactions across the country. Before joining Thomas Park in February 2026,

Dennis headed up the real estate program at LifeBridge Health for ten years.

Dennis earned a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland and a law degree from the University of Baltimore. He’s been a speaker at Bisnow’s Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Summit and John’s Hopkins’ Healthcare Real Estate Summit. In addition, Dennis has been recently elected to the Board of Trustees for Baltimore Medical System, the largest independent non-profit federally qualified health center in Maryland.

When he’s not focused on real estate, Dennis is an avid sports enthusiast who closely follows the Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, and Maryland Terrapins basketball. To stay active, he also likes to mountain bike, backpack, and practice martial arts.
