Chris Murray joined Thomas Park Investments in 2025, bringing more than 22 years of experience in commercial real estate. He oversees asset management for Thomas Park’s owned portfolio, directing the strategy, leasing, operations, and long-term performance of the firm’s properties.

Prior to joining Thomas Park, Chris served as Executive Vice President and Partner at Chesapeake Real Estate Group from 2016 to 2025, where he oversaw leasing, acquisitions, and development projects. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 12 years as Vice President at Mid-Atlantic Properties, leading leasing, property management, and redevelopment initiatives across the region.

Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Policy and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a licensed real estate professional in Maryland and an active member of NAIOP.
