Ty Vaughan Promoted to Property Services Coordinator

Thomas Park Management has promoted Ty Vaughan to Property Services Coordinator, expanding her role in support of the company’s property management teams and day-to-day portfolio operations. 

Ty works closely with a portfolio of property managers to coordinate the administrative and building services needs behind the properties they manage. Her responsibilities span maintenance services, work orders, vendor coordination, contracts and operational projects, requiring regular communication with tenants, engineers, vendors and internal teams.

As TPM’s portfolio and property management team have grown, Ty has become an increasingly important resource for keeping those moving pieces organized and ensuring property managers have the operational support they need.

In her new role, Ty will continue supporting a portfolio of property managers across both facility and administrative needs, helping create consistency across day-to-day operations and strengthening the support structure behind TPM’s growing portfolio.
