Thomas Park Management (TPM) is proud to announce a commercial property management contract in Baltimore Metro for seven properties. TPM is being contracted to provide asset and property management for a family-owned portfolio of real estate. The commercial real estate portfolio under TPM’s management is a mix of retail, mixed-use, medical, and office buildings.
The scope of the assignment includes the following property management services: monthly financial reporting, building maintenance services, leasing, and property management.
