TPC Contracting Completes Waterfront Office Buildout in Eastport

TPC Contracting recently completed the full second-floor build-out at 222 Severn Building 3, transforming a former industrial shell into a modern waterfront workspace along Spa Creek in the heart of Eastport.
The project balanced modern workplace functionality with the industrial character that has defined the historic waterfront campus for generations. Exposed brick, steel framing, open ductwork, industrial windows, and original detailing were intentionally preserved throughout the final environment.
The finished space turned out beautifully: clean, modern, and deeply connected to the architectural character and maritime history that make Eastport special.
