Thomas Park Promotes Jennifer ‘JR’ Roberts to Vice President of AI Integration & Business Systems
Annapolis, Maryland —Thomas Park Holdings announced the promotion of Jennifer “JR” Roberts to Vice President of AI Integration & Business Systems, recognizing the leadership and value she has brought to the organization as her role has continued to grow.
JR has become a trusted resource across Thomas Park, working closely with each division to understand operational challenges and develop practical solutions that make their day-to-day work more efficient. As Thomas Park has grown, so has her role, expanding beyond individual systems and projects to supporting teams and initiatives across the broader platform.
Her work has helped advance several of Thomas Park’s recent technology and business systems initiatives, including the implementation of Yardi Voyager 8, improvements to centralized reporting and data visibility and the continued development of Lando, Thomas Park’s internally built technology platform.
In her new role, JR will continue building on that work, with a broader focus on business systems, technology, data and practical applications for AI across Thomas Park Holdings’ businesses. The promotion reflects Thomas Park’s commitment to recognizing the people who contribute to its growth and creating opportunities for them to grow alongside the organization.
