Thomas Park Platform Delivers New Annapolis Office for Atwell

Thomas Park Holdings is pleased to welcome Atwell to its new 9,764-square-foot office at 175 Admiral Cochrane Drive in Annapolis.
Atwell is a national consulting, engineering, and construction services firm serving clients across the real estate and land development, power and energy, and oil and gas markets. The company relocated its Annapolis office from 2661 Riva Road to 175 Admiral Cochrane Drive. The new space will serve as Atwell’s regional office, expanding its Mid-Atlantic footprint and supporting continued growth in the region.
175 Admiral Cochrane Drive is managed by Thomas Park Management, with Property Manager Megan Marchant and Building Engineer Alex Landis overseeing day-to-day operations at the property. Atwell’s new office occupies the building’s third floor, bringing three former office suites together into one office for its Annapolis team. The project demonstrates the full strength of the Thomas Park platform. Thomas Park Commercial, led by Mason Popham, developed and executed the leasing strategy for the available space, supported by interior photography, virtual tours from TPC Contracting, and test fits from tommie Design Studio.
Following lease execution, TPC Contracting partnered with Arium AE on a design-build approach to bring Atwell’s new office to life. The finished space includes an expansive open office, dedicated conference and support spaces, exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, energy-efficient lighting, and a custom file room. The team also found opportunities to reuse existing elements, including relocating a glass wall system to create a new conference room, while refreshing both exterior patios. J. Thomas Property Services worked alongside TPC Contracting to support the build-out with floor and wall protection and masonry work.
