Annapolis, Maryland - Thomas Park Management has been selected by Ward Properties to provide full-service property management for a majority of its Harford County commercial portfolio, a diverse collection of retail, professional office, and medical office assets spanning 443,000 square feet across multiple properties in the region. 

The assignment further expands Thomas Park’s presence across the region and reinforces its position as a trusted partner for institutional and private ownership groups.

An Established Portfolio with a Strong Regional Presence

The portfolio includes prominent retail centers such as Box Hill Square and Bel Air South Station, professional office environments including Box Hill Corporate Center, Bright Oaks Courtyard and Bel Air South Professional Center and several medical office buildings serving the Abingdon and Bel Air markets. At 96% occupancy, the portfolio reflects strong asset performance and sustained tenant demand across Harford County.
