Thomas Park Management Announces Meg Marchant as Senior Property Manager

Thomas Park Management has promoted Meg Marchant to Senior Property Manager, continuing a progression that has taken her through four roles at Thomas Park in just two years. 

Meg joined Thomas Park Investments as a Transaction Coordinator before transitioning into property management, first as an Assistant Property Manager and later as a Property Manager. With each move, she has taken on greater responsibility across the portfolio and continued to build experience managing the needs of tenants, owners and properties.

Her performance was recently recognized with the 2025 Carl Truitt Award, presented to TPM’s top property manager of the year.

As Senior Property Manager, Meg will take on management of Thomas Park’s Olney medical office properties, expanding her responsibilities to include institutional assets. The assignment represents another step in her development as TPM continues to grow its healthcare property management portfolio and institutional relationships.
