Thomas Park Management Announces Mark Koistinen Promoted as Director of Portfolio Management

Thomas Park Management has promoted Mark Koistinen to Director of Portfolio Management, expanding his leadership responsibilities across the company’s growing property management division. 

Mark joined the team in 2022 through Loughlin Management and has since become a trusted resource across TPM. His sound judgment and collaborative approach have made him someone the team can rely on.

“We’re grateful for the leadership Mark brings to TPM and the way he consistently steps in where he’s needed,” said Amy Natoli, President of Thomas Park Management. “He has earned the trust of our team through the way he approaches the work, supports others and takes ownership.” 

In his new role, Mark will oversee a team of property managers and service coordinators, helping provide continuity of service and consistent execution. He will work closely with TPM leadership and property teams to support day-to-day operations, client relationships and the continued development of the property management team.

Mark’s expanded role comes as Thomas Park Management continues to grow its portfolio and strengthen the leadership structure supporting its property teams.
