We recently had the pleasure of supporting an exclusive event for NAIOP Maryland, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, inviting their Developing Leaders to tour a truly rare gem in the heart of Annapolis: 103 Annapolis Street.
Led by Mason Popham of Thomas Park Commercial, the tour offered rising professionals a first look at this premier, 3,382-square-foot space located in one of Maryland’s most desirable neighborhoods. Completed in 2024 and delivered fully-built-out, the property is a showcase of
