Thomas Park Holdings Announces Sami Hamsher as Vice President of Portfolio Development

Thomas Park Holdings is pleased to announce the promotion of Sami Hamsher to Vice President of Portfolio Development, reflecting her growing leadership role across operational onboarding, portfolio integration, and asset transition throughout the organization. 

The promotion comes during a period of significant investment growth for Thomas Park Investments, including multiple healthcare-focused acquisitions completed during the first half of 2026. As the company’s portfolio continued expanding, Hamsher played a critical role in helping transition newly acquired assets into the Thomas Park operating platform. 

Over the last several years, Hamsher has been deeply involved in the day-to-day management and operational oversight of many of the company’s investment assets. As the organization continued growing, her role naturally evolved beyond traditional property management into a more specialized operational integration function focused on onboarding newly acquired properties into the platform. 

That process includes coordinating vendor transitions, tenant communication, operational handoffs, property management systems, accounting integration, engineering coordination, and the overall implementation of operational infrastructure required to successfully transition assets into the Thomas Park ecosystem.

Hamsher joined Thomas Park in 2021 during the early stages of the company’s growth and has continued taking on expanded responsibilities as the organization evolved into a fully integrated commercial real estate holding company. 

As Vice President of Portfolio Development, Hamsher will continue leading operational onboarding, portfolio integration, and cross-functional coordination efforts across newly acquired assets as Thomas Park continues expanding its investment and operating platform.
