Annapolis, Maryland - Over the past several months, Jack Corrigan Conaty, Mary Claire Carter, and Aaron Folivi each brought enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to their respective teams. Working across construction, interior design, and brokerage, they embraced new challenges, contributed to meaningful projects, and gained valuable real-world experience while making a lasting impact on the teams they supported.
Jack Corrigan Conaty | TPC Contracting
Jack Corrigan Conaty is a Construction Intern with TPC Contracting and a rising sophomore at Kenyon College studying Economics. Throughout the summer, he contributed to a high-end commercial office buildout for a confidential client, supporting project scheduling, site logistics, field operations, and project closeout. His professionalism, initiative, and strong work ethic quickly made him a valued member of the project team. Jack plans to pursue a career in construction management.
Mary Claire Carter | tommie Design Studio
Mary Claire Carter is a Design Intern with tommie Design Studio and a rising senior at The University of Alabama studying Interior Design. Throughout the summer, she contributed to senior living and commercial interior projects, including RoseWood Village Greenbrier and Hollymead, assisting with design research, material and finish selections, project documentation, and client presentations. Her creativity, attention to detail, and collaborative approach helped bring each project's vision to life. Mary Claire hopes to build a career creating thoughtful, functional spaces.
Aaron Folivi | Thomas Park Commercial
Aaron Folivi is a Brokerage Intern with Thomas Park Commercial and a third-year student at the University of Maryland majoring in Real Estate and the Built Environment. He is also an NCAA Division I offensive lineman for the Maryland Terrapins football team. Throughout the summer, he supported leasing, investment sales, and business development initiatives, developing a deeper understanding of market strategy, client relationships, and commercial transactions. Aaron hopes to build a career in commercial real estate development and investment.
As the summer comes to a close, we want to thank Jack, Mary Claire, and Aaron for the energy, dedication, and professionalism they brought to Thomas Park Holdings. We are grateful they chose to spend part of their summer with us and wish each of them continued success as they return to campus.
We look forward to following their future accomplishments and are excited to see where their careers take them.
