Thomas Park Commercial Welcomes Tim Zulick as President

Thomas Park Commercial is entering its next phase of growth, with the addition of seasoned industry leadership. 

We are pleased to welcome Tim Zulick as President of Thomas Park Commercial, effective April 27. 

Tim brings more than three decades of experience across the Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate market. His career includes leadership roles at CBRE, First Potomac Realty Trust, and Trammell Crow Company, where he helped scale operations, lead high-performing teams, and deliver results across a diverse client base.

As President, Tim will play a central role in shaping the future of Thomas Park Commercial. His focus will include:

• Streamlining operations to support continued growth 

• Pursuing new business opportunities across key markets 

He will also remain active as a senior producing broker, bringing market insight directly into the platform. This addition reflects a broader priority at Thomas Park: building a team that understands both strategy and execution.
