Thomas Park Commercial is pleased to announce that Summit Health Advisory has leased space at 2021 Emmorton Road in Bel Air, Maryland, providing the company with additional room as its team continues to grow.
William Schwartz, Real Estate Advisor with Thomas Park Commercial, represented Summit Health Advisory in the transaction. Schwartz worked with the company to identify a space that aligned with its needs and could accommodate its growing team. The new location offers an open layout for employees, along with room for training, onboarding and team meetings.
The property is owned by Ward Properties and managed by Thomas Park Management, with Lydia Chandlee, Senior Property Manager, overseeing the property. John Michael of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the transaction.
