Thomas Park Commercial Represents McHale Landscape Design in Pasadena Lease

McHale Landscape Design has bolstered its presence in Anne Arundel County with a new lease at 8223 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd. in Pasadena, Maryland, adding space to support the company’s needs and better serve clients throughout the surrounding area.

McHale Landscape Design is a family-owned landscape architecture and design-build firm that has served clients across Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. for more than 45 years.

As the company looked for additional space in Anne Arundel County, McHale engaged Mason Popham, Executive Vice President of Thomas Park Commercial, to help find the right fit. The search required a property with warehouse and office space, as well as outdoor storage,  a combination that can be difficult to find within a tight submarket.

Popham identified 8223 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd. and negotiated a lease on McHale’s behalf. The property provides approximately 6,000 square feet of warehouse space, 900 square feet of office space and an acre of outdoor storage, giving McHale the space it needs for its team, equipment and day-to-day operations.

The Pasadena location also keeps McHale close to the clients it serves throughout Anne Arundel County, with convenient access to Route 100, Ritchie Highway and I-97. Matt Curran and Alton Curry of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the transaction.
