Owings Mills, Maryland - Thomas Park Commercial represented Floor Coverings International of Owings Mills in the lease of a new 1,512-square-foot retail showroom located at 7 Easter Court in Owings Mills, Maryland.
The new location is owned by St. John Properties, with Stephanie Caronna serving as the landlord's leasing representative. Thomas Park Commercial's Jonathan "Yoni" Baron represented franchise owner Steven Artman in the transaction.
Artman recently opened the new showroom, bringing Floor Coverings International's mobile flooring experience to homeowners throughout the greater Owings Mills area. The company offers in-home consultations, allowing customers to compare flooring options in their own space before making a selection.
