Thomas Park Commercial is pleased to announce the successful lease of an 11,524-square-foot industrial facility at 1708 Whitehead Road in Woodlawn, Maryland, where the firm represented Closets by Design Baltimore.
Associate Jonathan (Yoni) Baron represented franchise owner Nathan Coffey in securing the new location, which will serve as the company's manufacturing, warehouse, and operations facility for the Baltimore region. With the buildout recently completed, the team is now preparing the space for production and operations.
The transaction marks an important milestone for Closets by Design Baltimore as the business continues to establish its presence in the market and expand its capacity to serve homeowners throughout Central Maryland.
