Thomas Park was recently awarded the property maintenance contract for the Annapolis Town Center. The Annapolis Town Center is a two-million-square-foot mixed-use property found in the Parole neighborhood of Annapolis.
It is a premier destination for people who call Annapolis home and those who are visiting. The center hosts many cultural events throughout the year, and is a vital part of the community’s vibrancy.

With this new property management contract, Thomas Park Management will oversee overall maintenance of the property, and it will handle electrical, light mechanical, and plumbing work, contributing Annapolis Town Center’s care and preservation.
