The Merrimack Medical Center, a medical real estate building in Haverhill, MA owned by a JV between Thomas Park and Echo Real Estate Capital, saw new medical office leases and extensions this month. SVN Parsons Commercial Group announced that 28,000 square feet of medical office space was leased and renewed.
The Thomas Park Investments and Echo Real Estate Capital JV have collectively invested close to $500,000 in improvements to the building. The Merrimack Medical Center has approximately 55,608 square feet of space, and it is directly connected to the Holy Family Hospital, a 122 bed, full-service hospital.
