As Thomas Park Investments continues expanding its commercial real estate portfolio throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, the company has announced the promotion of Joe O’Neill to Vice President of Acquisitions.
The promotion comes during a period of significant growth for Thomas Park Investments following multiple recent acquisitions, continued healthcare-focused investment activity, and the launch of a new programmatic joint venture supporting the company’s long-term acquisition strategy.
Since joining Thomas Park two years ago, Joe has worked closely alongside EJ Rumpke and Alex Kopicki supporting acquisition activity across the firm’s growing investment platform. His responsibilities span underwriting, market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and acquisition execution, helping support opportunities from early evaluation through closing.
Over the past several months, Joe has played an important role in supporting multiple completed acquisitions while helping advance a growing pipeline of investment opportunities throughout the region. Internally, much of the momentum surrounding the company’s recent acquisitions reflects years of strategic planning, relationship building, underwriting discipline, and operational coordination across the broader platform.
As Thomas Park Investments continues scaling its acquisition activity and investment infrastructure, the company is also continuing to expand the investment team and is currently hiring for an Investment Analyst position to support long-term growth across the platform.
