The Board of Trustees of The Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) has appointed Amy Natoli, CPM®, RPA®, Executive Vice President of Thomas Park Management, to serve on its Board of Trustees.
Natoli brings more than two decades of leadership experience in commercial property management, operations, and real estate strategy, along with a longstanding commitment to professional education and workforce development within the commercial real estate industry.
As the commercial real estate industry continues to evolve, property and facility professionals face increasing demands related to building operations, tenant experience, sustainability, technology, and asset performance. Preparing current and future industry leaders to meet those challenges requires ongoing education, practical training, and professional development.
Natoli's appointment reflects her dedication to advancing those efforts throughout her career. In addition to leading complex property management operations, she has devoted significant time to industry education through teaching, curriculum development, professional credentialing programs, and volunteer leadership roles with leading real estate organizations.
In her role as Trustee, Natoli will help guide the strategic direction and governance of BOMI, the nonprofit educational institute of BOMA International. BOMI is dedicated to advancing the knowledge, skills, and careers of property and facility professionals throughout North America. Through its designation programs, certificate courses, and continuing education offerings, BOMI has helped develop industry talent and elevate professional standards for more than 50 years.
Natoli currently serves as Executive Vice President of Thomas Park Management, where she oversees a growing portfolio of office, medical, retail, and mixed-use properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. She is widely recognized for her leadership in commercial property management and her commitment to developing high-performing teams and future industry leaders.
Throughout her career, Natoli has actively supported professional education and industry advancement through teaching, mentoring, and volunteer leadership. She currently serves on multiple national industry committees and has contributed to the development and delivery of educational programs that help property management professionals strengthen their technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and operational expertise.
"Education and professional development have always been fundamental to the success of our industry," said Natoli. "The people responsible for operating and maintaining our buildings play a critical role in the performance of every asset. As our industry continues to evolve through new technologies and changing operational demands, it is more important than ever that we invest in the next generation of professionals. I'm honored to serve on the BOMI Board of Trustees and help support that mission."
