TPI acquired this core plus MOB in July 2023 marking Thomas Park’s third acquisition in the Boston MSA.  The building is anchored by Reliant Medical Group along with UMass Memorial and Walgreens.  The building will undergo over $20M of renovations to improve the patient experience throughout the property.
