Dave joined Thomas Park in 2023, bringing a background in brokerage, development, and asset and property management. As a Senior Property Manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a diverse portfolio, with a focus on tenant relations, operational efficiency, and long-term asset value. His portfolio spans the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, particularly the Baltimore submarket, and includes both Thomas Park–owned assets and third-party managed properties.
Dave works closely with ownership and tenants to ensure properties are well maintained and financially optimized. Taking an asset management approach to property management, he also collaborates across Thomas Park’s affiliated business groups—including Thomas Park Commercial Contracting, Thomas Park Commercial Brokerage, and Tommie Design Studio—to deliver integrated property solutions and enhance shareholder value.
